Blizzard Alton Cafe is located at our Alton Parkway Campus just adjacent to the main reception area.  Our cafe features full breakfast, lunch, and a small dinner component with menus for dining-in or take-out.

Food stations

Carved- Go ahead, enjoy one of Chef Eric's restaurant quality premium entree selections carved to order with your choice of two side dishes, including starches and seasonal vegetables.

Ovens - Grab a hot slice of pizza, flat breads, and more from our European double deck oven, our sauces and dough's are made fresh daily using the Bon Appetit family recipe! This station is also your wellness destination featuring daily farm to fork offerings made from local farms. 

Grill - Grill favorites like freshly made 100% natural all-beef hamburgers, and trans-fat free french fries plus a daily fresh market fish cooked to order. Grill specials change daily and are based around California style preparation.

Global - Take a culinary journey! Featuring weekly global selections with bold tastes from around the world, explore and enjoy.

Deli - Made-to-order deli sandwiches available in full and half size portions, using house- roasted deli meats with an assortment of cheeses, vegetables, artisan breads and spreads.

Salads - Salad bar with a wide selection of seasonal vegetables, legumes, whole grains, artisan toppings and house-made dressings

Soups - Two different soup options are provided daily with one always a vegetarian option. Please view the weekly specials menu for today's selections.
